What to expect from your ZOE journey

First week

Start with the comprehensive at-home test kit and log your meals in the ZOE app. Then, use the ZOE continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to track your glucose responses to food.

First month

You’ll start to change your diet based on your unique food scores in the ZOE app and your personalized nutrition program. You may feel more energetic and fuller for longer.

Months 2–4

Around this time, members often report improved energy, sleep, and mood. Keep progressing with curated ZOE programs that guide you every step of the way.

Months 5–12

Our vision to reimagine health began thirty years ago, when ZOE’s scientific cofounder Prof Tim Spector began studying 13,000 twins, looking at genes, gut microbes, and lifestyle.
